Coach eller leder?

Kan en leder være coach for sine medarbejdere, eller skal han/hun "nøjes med" at være leder og have en coachende lederstil?
Det er et af de spørgsmål, som journalist Mikkel Hvid stiller til bl.a. Ole Vadum Dahl i Frie Grundskolers skoleblad i aprilnummeret 2007.
